List a person's grants

GET
/api/v1/grants.listByUser

Lists every grant one person holds, with project and service names.

Needs users.view, which owners and admins hold. Available to MCP clients and the assistant.

List who has access to a service GET

Lists the grants on a service and the project grants that also cover it (inherited is true for those). Needs `grants.view` on the service (a grant on its project covers it). Available to MCP clients and the assistant.

List your own grants GET

Lists the signed-in person's grants, so the web app can hide what they cannot do. Empty for owners and admins. Any signed-in caller. Not available to MCP clients or the assistant.
