List who has access to a service

GET
/api/v1/grants.listByService

Lists the grants on a service and the project grants that also cover it (inherited is true for those).

Needs grants.view on the service (a grant on its project covers it). Available to MCP clients and the assistant.

List who has access to a project GET

Lists the grants on a project and on each of its services, with the person each belongs to. Owners and admins are not listed; they always have access. Needs `grants.view` on the project. Available to MCP clients and the assistant.

List a person's grants GET

Lists every grant one person holds, with project and service names. Needs `users.view`, which owners and admins hold. Available to MCP clients and the assistant.
