Get appearance settings

Returns the theme preset, color mode, accent color and custom CSS used for everyone on this panel.

Needs settings.view, which owners and admins hold. Not available to MCP clients or the assistant.

Change a service's general settings POST

Renames a service or changes its container settings, ports or cron schedule. Omitted fields keep their value. Changes to what runs apply on the next deploy; a rename updates the network alias on the next deploy too. Needs `services.update` on the service (a grant on its project covers it). Available to MCP clients and the assistant.

Get the theme and branding boot data GET

Returns the name, logos, theme and custom CSS the web app needs to paint. The panel also injects the same data into index.html, so this is only fetched by the dev server and after a settings change. Needs no sign-in. Not available to MCP clients or the assistant.
