Delete a registry login

/api/v1/registries.delete

Deletes a registry login. Fails while a service's image source still uses it.

Needs registries.manage, which owners and admins hold. Available to MCP clients and the assistant, after a person approves the call.

Add a registry login POST

Stores a login for a private Docker registry, sealed. The panel checks it with a registry login first and refuses ones that fail. Needs `registries.manage`, which owners and admins hold. Not available to MCP clients or the assistant.

List registry logins GET

Lists stored registry logins by name, server and user name (never the password), so people can pick one for an image source. Any signed-in caller. Available to MCP clients and the assistant.
