Rename or describe a project
Changes a project's name or description. Omitted fields keep their value. The protected Panel project can be described but not renamed.
Needs projects.update on the project. Available to MCP clients and the assistant.

Add a registry login POST
Stores a login for a private Docker registry, sealed. The panel checks it with a registry login first and refuses ones that fail. Needs `registries.manage`, which owners and admins hold. Not available to MCP clients or the assistant.
