Create a folder

/api/v1/files.mkdir

Creates a folder, and its missing parents when parents is set.

Needs files.write on the service (a grant on its project covers it). Available to MCP clients and the assistant.

List a folder GET

Lists the files and folders in one folder of a service volume, folders first. Needs `files.read` on the service (a grant on its project covers it). Available to MCP clients and the assistant.

Read a file GET

Returns a file's content for the editor: UTF-8 text, or base64 for binary files. Files over 1 MiB fail with BAD_REQUEST; use files.downloadTicket for those. Needs `files.read` on the service (a grant on its project covers it). Available to MCP clients and the assistant.
