Create a database
Creates a Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB, Mongo or Redis service in a project on one node, with generated credentials (or the ones given) and a data volume. Other services on the same node reach it at :; services on other nodes need exposure.
Needs services.create on the project. Available to MCP clients and the assistant.

Returns the internal connection URL and, when exposure is on, the exposed URL, with passwords. Internal URLs only work for services of the project on the same node. Needs `databases.credentials` on the service (a grant on its project covers it). Available to MCP clients and the assistant.
Get a database GET
Returns a database's engine, node, internal address, exposure and web UI state, without passwords. Needs `services.view` on the service (a grant on its project covers it). Available to MCP clients and the assistant.
