Delete a cron job

Deletes a cron job and its run history. A run in progress is stopped.

Needs services.cron on the service (a grant on its project covers it). Available to MCP clients and the assistant, after a person approves the call.

Create a cron job POST

Adds a scheduled command to a service. It runs in a one-off container from the service's image, with its env and volumes. Needs `services.cron` on the service (a grant on its project covers it). Available to MCP clients and the assistant.

List a service's cron jobs GET

Lists the cron jobs of a service with their next run time and last result. Needs `services.view` on the service (a grant on its project covers it). Available to MCP clients and the assistant.
