Add a backup schedule
Schedules backups of a service's database or one of its volumes to a destination, keeping the newest keepLast. Database services back up with the engine's dump tool; volumes as a tar.zst archive.
Needs backups.edit on the service (a grant on its project covers it). Available to MCP clients and the assistant.

Adds an S3-compatible bucket (AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, MinIO) for backups. Run backups.testDestination first to check the keys. Needs `backups.destinations`, which owners and admins hold. Not available to MCP clients or the assistant.
Delete a backup destination POST
Removes a destination from the panel. Fails while a schedule still writes to it. Objects already in the bucket are not deleted, but the panel can no longer restore them. Needs `backups.destinations`, which owners and admins hold. Not available to MCP clients or the assistant.
